Below is information on the SANY America developments submitted to the City
of Peachtree City Planning Department. The content herein is for public

SANY America has purchased a 44-acre tract of land on SR 74 South for the development of a
corporate campus for their North American headquarters. The overall
development would include a 50,000 SF office building, a 50,000 SF
research and development center, associated parking and services
areas. The overall site would also include walking trails and a
formal Chinese Garden.
SANY America has purchased a 228-acre tract of land at the end of Cooper Circle on Hwy 74 South.
Phase I is a 400,000 SF assembly, testing,
training, and office building with associated parking and services
areas. The overall site would also include walking trails and gardens.
