IMPORTANT!

Please read the FAQ's before completing the permit form - most trees that are less than six (6) inches in diameter may be removed without obtaining a Tree Removal Permit, but only if these trees are not located within a designated tree save and landscape buffer, wetland buffer, stream buffer, watershed protection buffer, conservation easement, etc. These areas can be clearly identified when you receive a copy of the plat for your property.

To use the new online form, you will need to register by clicking on the "Create Account" link on the lower left of the first page of the application.  A valid e-mail address is required to use the online form.  If you are a tree removal company, please create an account for your company.  If you are a resident, please create the account for yourself.

With this login, you will be able to check the status of your application online by clicking the "My Support Center" link.  You will also receive email notifications (at the email address you used at the time of registration) from the City regarding additional information needed and status updates.

If you have any questions regarding the Tree Removal Permitting Process that cannot be answered in the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) above, please contact the Planning and Zoning Department at (770)487-5731.
