Bookmark Designs are in! Now it’s time to vote for your favorite. Categories include: most original, most colorful, and  most creative. Vote for the top category in each grade level, Elementary, Middle, High School, and Adult. Vote at the library or online at The deadline to vote is Thursday, May 19th, 2022. 

Winners will be announced online Monday, May 23rd to coincide with the Peachtree City Library Summer Reading Kickoff.

Parents are welcome to come, but not required

Children must bring one of the following to participate:

  • A smartphone / tablet to play Pokémon Go for casual trading and battling.
  • A Nintendo 3DS to play Pokémon: Ultra Sun and Pokémon: Ultra Moon for casual trading and battling.
  • A Nintendo Switch to play Pokémon Let’s Go: Eevee and Pokémon Let’s Go: Pikachu for casual trading and battling.
  • Pokémon trading cards for casual trading and battling.

CAREing Paws Corgi

CAREing Paws, Come Read to a Dog

Saturdays, May 14th & 28th @ 10:30 am

The CAREing Paws Program utilizes registered therapy dogs to improve literacy skills for children. If your child struggles with reading this may be for you. It is designed to boost the self-esteem of new readers. Open to children in Grades K-5.

The library offers six 20 minute slots. Parents must call in advance to reserve a time for their child. Children may bring a book or choose a book at the library.
