The students must complete the pre-class assignment before attending sessions, and we pay non-exempt supervisory personnel two hours to complete the assignment outside of their work schedule. We do training sessions that cover two chapters at a time. Each session is three hours in length, and the entire training takes about three months to complete. Our training facilitators come from HR, Directors, and other members of middle management. Facilitators expound on chapters, offer exercises, engage in discussions, etc. In the end, the participants receive a certificate and are recognized at a Council meeting.
