Planning Department

The Planning Department oversees general development & zoning information through the Director of Developmental Services & the City Planner. The department also handles community design review, rezonings & variances. The Planning Department also functions as the liaison to the Planning Commission through Developmental Services & oversees the Land Use plan through the City Planner.
