Development Impact Fees are determined and collected by the Planning & Development Department. Please contact the Senior Planner for an official Impact Fee Determination Letter.  The fees below are for estimation purposes only and do not include all the possible use categories.

Residential

  • Single-family detached: $4,233.78 per dwelling
  • Apartment: $4,233.78 per dwelling
  • Condominium / Townhouse: $4,233.78 per dwelling

Industrial

  • General light industrial: $0.68 per square foot
  • General heavy industrial: $0.54 per square foot

Lodging

  • Hotel: $168.27 per room
  • All suites hotel: $147.68 per room

Recreational

  • Movie Theater: $0.43 per square foot
  • Tennis Courts: $72.03 per acre
  • Health / Fitness Center: $0.21 per square foot
  • Recreational Community Center: $0.37 per square foot

Institutional

  • Church / Place of Worship: $0.10 per square foot
  • Day Care Center: $0.83 per square foot
  • Cemetery: $24.05 per acre

Medical

  • Hospital: $0.87 per square foot
  • Nursing Home: $0.69 per square foot
  • Clinic: $1.16 per square foot

Office

  • General Office building: $0.98 per square foot
  • Single-tenant office building: $0.93 per square foot
  • Medical-dental office building: $1.20 per square foot

Retail

  • Shopping Center: $0.49 per square foot
  • Free-standing discount store: $0.59 per square foot
  • Nursery (Garden Center): $0.92 per square foot
  • Supermarket: $0.34 per square foot
  • Convenience Market with Gasoline Pumps: $0.53 per square foot
  • Pharmacy / Drugstore: $0.49 per square foot
