What happens if I do not comply with a Notice of Violation?

Code Enforcement Officers are sworn officers of the court, giving them authority to write citations to the Peachtree City Municipal Court. Citations require your attendance at court and fines can be as high as $1,000. Additional penalties, such as community service and even up to six months in jail may be applied.
